Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality care to all our Clients in a timely manner. 


When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clientele. In order to be respectful of your fellow surgery sisters/brothers, please call, email, or message Lalisculpts as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 14 days in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

No-shows and cancellations inconvenience not only our therapist but also our other clients. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays in your surgery can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary, and if the situation arises, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule the sessions. Please be aware of our policy regarding deposits and refunds.

Our Policy:

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. They do go towards the total number of sessions, and if your surgery date is moved, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your sessions to the new date.
  • Payment for services must be paid in full by the first session.
  • Please remember that spaces are limited!! When you book your sessions, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to anybody else for as many days as sessions there are. For any cancellation or no-shows made less than 7 days prior to the first session, Lalisculpts has the right to retain the whole cost of booked services from the Client.
  • In case of a refund, PLEASE NOTE: There is a convenience fee associated with payments using Paypal, Cash App, Shopify, etc. It is unavoidable and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • We DO NOT Accept RETURNS. In the event of a returned item due to defects with the product itself, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
